The webshop is operated by:
GRAU

Nyhavn 42 B, kl.
1051 Copenhagen K, Denmark

In these Terms & Conditions, “GRAU”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company operating GRAU, while “you” and “your” refer to the customer.
1. Orders
When you place an order through our webshop, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement is formed when GRAU accepts the order, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- obvious pricing errors
- incorrect stock information
- technical errors
- suspected fraud or misuse
- circumstances that make it impossible or unreasonable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order, any amount already paid will be refunded.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the webshop.
For customers in Denmark, prices are generally displayed including Danish VAT.
For customers outside Denmark, VAT, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may depend on the destination country and applicable local regulations.
For deliveries outside the EU, the customer may be responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
GRAU has no control over such charges and cannot guarantee their amount.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through our selected payment providers.
We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries available for selection at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the webshop or in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances including:
- transportation issues
- customs processing
- weather conditions
- strikes
- technical problems
- extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is significantly delayed, consumers will have the rights provided under applicable law.
5. Risk and delivery
For consumers in Denmark and the EU, the risk of loss or damage to the goods generally passes to the customer when the customer, or a person designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible.
Different rules may apply to business customers.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer within the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.
If your order consists of several goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period normally begins when you receive the final item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.
You can contact us at:
Email: info@grau-cph.com
You may also use the following wording:
I hereby notify you that I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal regarding the following order:
Order number:
Name:
Address:
Email:
Date:
7. Returns
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return address:
GRAU
Nyhavn 42 B, kl.
1051 Copenhagen K
Denmark
You are responsible for the goods until they have been received by us.
Unless otherwise stated in our return policy or required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
8. Condition of returned goods
You may examine the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way you would normally be able to do in a physical store.
If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for such examination, you may be liable for any resulting reduction in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where possible, goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We therefore recommend keeping the original packaging until you have decided whether you wish to keep the product.
9. Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional cost.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to every type of product or transaction.
For example, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for the customer.
If a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
11. Complaints and statutory warranty rights
If you purchase as a consumer in Denmark, you generally have a 2-year statutory right to complain about defects under Danish consumer law.
This means that you may complain about defects that were present at the time of delivery or where the cause of the defect was present at that time.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to:
- repair
- replacement
- a price reduction
- cancellation of the purchase and a refund.
GRAU will handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
The statutory right to complain does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use, incorrect maintenance or other circumstances for which the customer is responsible.
For customers outside Denmark, any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
12. How to make a complaint
If you discover a defect or problem with your product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please email:
Where relevant, please include:
- your order number
- your name
- a description of the problem
- photographs of the product and defect.
We may request additional information or ask you to return the product for inspection.
13. Business customers
If you purchase on behalf of a business and the purchase is not a consumer purchase, consumer protection rules may not apply.
This includes, where permitted by law, the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal.
Business customers are welcome to contact us before placing an order if they require specific delivery, return or warranty terms.
14. Product information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, prices and other information on the webshop are accurate.
Colours may vary depending on your screen, lighting conditions and individual display settings.
If an obvious error appears in a product description or price, we reserve the right to correct the error.
15. Personal data
When you purchase from GRAU, we process personal information in connection with your order, payment, delivery and customer service.
For more information about how we process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Email: info@grau-cph.com
Consumers may, depending on their country of residence and the circumstances of the dispute, have access to national consumer complaint bodies or alternative dispute resolution procedures.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
However, this does not prevent consumers from relying on mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they normally reside, where such provisions cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
For consumers, any mandatory rights and protections applicable in their country of residence remain unaffected.
For business customers, Danish law shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
18. Force majeure
GRAU shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil an agreement where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters
- war
- terrorism
- strikes
- epidemics or pandemics
- government actions
- transportation disruptions
- major technical failures
- cyberattacks
- other extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control.
This clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example due to changes in legislation or our services.
The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
